How do I delete/update a recipient details?


Open the Transfer section in the app > International Transfer > swipe left on the recipient you’d like to delete/update > click on View Details > scroll down and click on Delete/Update.



If you have already made the transaction and want to update the receiver’s name, please note the following:

  • Cash Pick-Up: Email from your registered email with the transaction reference number and correct name to request an amendment.

  • Bank Account & Mobile Wallet: Cannot be updated. If incorrect, email from your registered email with the transaction reference number and correct details to request a cancellation.
