Scenario 1
System Failure: The transaction will be canceled & a refund will be processed if the transaction is not completed & The refund will be processed in BHD. There will be no deduction of charge or exchange rate.
Scenario 2
Customer compliance issues: Recipient is a minor, ID card expired, or any other compliance requirement which a customer is unwilling to fulfill. The transaction will be canceled and a refund will be processed if the transaction is not completed. The refund will be processed in BHD, deducting the charge of the transaction and as per the exchange rate of the day.
Scenario 3
Error from Customer End - (Incorrect recipient details or account details): The refund will be processed if the transaction is not completed & The refund will be processed in BHD deducting the charge of transaction and as per the exchange rate of the day.
