Scenario 1: System Failure
If the transaction is not completed due to a system failure, it will be canceled, and a refund will be processed in BHD. There will be no deduction of charges or exchange rate fees.
Scenario 2: Customer Compliance Issues
If the transaction is not completed due to compliance issues (e.g., recipient is a minor, expired ID card, or any other compliance requirement the customer is unwilling to fulfill), the transaction will be canceled. A refund will be processed in BHD, deducting the transaction charge and applying the exchange rate of the day.
Scenario 3: Error from Customer End
If the transaction is not completed due to incorrect recipient or account details provided by the customer, a refund will be processed in BHD, deducting the transaction charge and applying the exchange rate of the day.
Kindly note the refund to your Beyon Money wallet will be processed within 24 - 48 working hours.
