How to active my Dormant account?

To Activate Your Account

Please open the Beyon Money application and navigate to the Cards section. Click on the Activate option displayed on your screen, as shown in the screenshot below, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation process.

Important Note: 

• Once your card is activated, you must perform at least one transaction, such as a top-up or payment, before midnight to keep your card active. Otherwise, your card will be deactivated again.
• If you encounter any issues during the activation process, please contact us using your registered email address at hello@beyonmoney.com.
