If your card has expired, please follow the steps below:
- Virtual Card:
Contact us by email from your registered email address so we can check your card and advise whether it should be updated or replaced.
- Physical Card:
If you have received your new physical card, please activate it through the app. The expiry date will be updated automatically.
If you have not received the card, please contact us by email from your registered email address for assistance.
Kindly make sure to update your card details if saved online, Apple Pay or BenefitPay.
