Remittance Delay / Hold? Here’s How to Proceed

If your remittance transaction is delayed or not yet credited, please follow the steps below:

  • Transaction In Process:
    Sent an Email to hello@beyonmoney.com using your registered email address, and include your transaction reference number (e.g., 3399XXXXX).


  • Transaction Delivered but Not Credited:
    Email hello@beyonmoney.comusing your registered email address and attach your transaction reference number and the receiver’s bank statement for verification.


  • Transaction Hold: 

            Kindly check your registered email

            Once the transaction is placed on hold, you will receive a notification at your registered email address. 

            Please reply with the required information so we can proceed with releasing the transaction.
